the learning curve is far too steep for this game, by lvl 2-3 they get jabba the hut looking monsters that fire homing splash missiles across the whole map... by lvl 4 they make it so your 2 bottom buildings always get over run by theirs, they can launch all there men at your 2 and you cannot launch down enough to help so your constantly rebuilding..

another anoying thing is all their buildings shoot yet only 1 of yours does...

while i like a challenge its just not fun having to work that hard right off, with no tutorial, you cant go back to previous lvls to practice and you have no idea what your upgrades do till youve built them...

could be a good game if they made changes but for now 2/5

Quoting earth:
piece of crap, ewen 1st level is very high difficult due totally crappy units (m16 vs flamethrower isn't exactly fair fight) and enemy getting units much quicker done than player (and are tougher and better equipped) is just another addition, small graphics whicgh look ok, basic sounds and texts pretty much unreadable (unless has big monitor and sticks nose into it).

overall bad game and totally unbalanced and player has idiot crappy units.

p.s. don't bother to tell how to pass 1st level since it doesn't matter.

I finished the game, but the first might have been the hardest. :P

You're kind of lucky you couldn't read the text, it was almost uninterpretable, and even then elucidated little... all that said, I enjoyed the game.

Key to beating flamethrowers is separating your units, attacking from different directions and not clumping up...

I'd give it a generous 3/5, could use more levels.

balance is not a concept this game carries in any way shape or form. not only does it not give much of a tutorial it will not even say what the upgrades do as you hover over them. There is a very faint bit of writing below the area saying what does what but it could be a bit more contrasting or even better, in a box that opens when you hover over the selections.

unfortunately this seems to be a one play only game as well with no chance you can just start over from the very start.

no generosity here for points. yes the game works but that is about all really

1/5

Simple pathing game, no real unit control, as units tend to take paths that aren't even what you would want given the directional pointers. Furthermore, sendind units at a particular point if you have them stored up: they go in a group where they will. It's like you didn't give them orders, they just felt like going for a burger over in this direction.
Even more frustrating, releasing a group of units can cause one to get stuck (unless it is a flyer) at certain bases.
If the above were not true, the game would be well balanced. As it is the game is more difficult than required (and just takes longer to win by drawing out matches.)
Tutorial might as well not exist. It tells you nothing.
Finally, you do not get to replay maps. Where that is somewhat of a cool change from most games of the genre, there really should be a reset button to allow you to play the game again... should you so desire.
2/5 for a game that works, but obviously had some QA left undone.
