Retro games can be fun but not this one.(was it meant to be retro?) Too clunky, slow and therefore boring. 1/5 for effort

got to agree with jairone on the combat system it is based on chess but takes forever to play and the king cannot move at all (king being the base) there are a limited number of pieces and all can move one space at a time.

biggest problem is the attack system.., it takes no account of the attacker versus attacked pieces firepowder and strength of defence. This is chess tactics where a piece can take another regardless of piece value.

2/5 for the thought behind it but it is not good at all as far as playing.

#1. Wonky gameplay... A grid game using only they keyboard?? What kind of weirdo shit is that?

#2. Annoying music... Once again, a game with annoying gay-bar music, and no button to shut it off.

#3. Skirmish only... I find playing games with ONLY a skirmish mode is pointless, so I don't. No storyline or goals to achieve makes it unplayable to me.

This game would have rocked 10yrs ago, but in today's environment of flash games that are deep, well made, and epic, this one just can't hold it's own.

2/5 stars

Clunky, with a high RNG combat system. You move once per turn, no mouse support, and it takes forever... in a not so good way.
