this is almost like a dungeon crawler but is also like a typical rpg game with the freedom of movement allowed and also the chance to return for more experience later. the stuttered walk is a bit awkward and the window a bit small but it is playable.

3/5

I like the gameplay very much. Great outlook, well done everything. I only wish, that it would be...I don't know...longer.
You're fighting rats and wolves and some bandits, which makes it feel like a D&D-Adventure for 1st-to-3rd-level characters. Nothing wrong about that in general, but this is, mechanically, exactly the dungeon crawling game I'm looking for, and I would wish it go up to fighting orcs and ogres, undead, demons and maybe finally dragons.

I assume that in the sequels this will be the case.

Great game with good attention to detail. I'm sure I've seen a very similar game out there somewhere? 4/5

I knew there was another similar one. 'Escape from Castle Dragonstone' also a great game.

I'm trying to get Fabvis and the guys to add a newer version. This is 1.01, there is a finished 2.0 on other sites. It has a bunch of balance fixes and major game changes. So I'm gonna put off playing this through til I hear back from Fab.

walk speed too slow

The walk speed is slow because it's a turn based game. The stutter step is designed to show you the pause between rounds.

Very well made. As close to a true D&D type game as I think you can get in a flash game.

4/5 stars
