The game seems pretty cool, I like the exploration as well as the 'Decision' aspect of it, plus the random attack on various sectors at different times.

The only thing I don't like is having to hold down the mouse button for movement and attack. Regardless of that I like this game a lot and give it a solid 4/5

other decisions happen in cities which are bit more open (bigger) than medieval towns and of course with better arsenal (not that it helps much since zombies withstand damage better than their ancestors).

Quoting MisterD:
I haven't seen the "Decision" series before, but based on this game I can guess that they're done to a high standard.

Yes, you should really try them, if you like zombie slashing :-)
What I like especially abou the decision games is, that they are top-down "shooters" which function almost only with the mouse and only minimal keyboard employment. Thus, I find them very easy to handle, and they appear technically well-thought out to me.

By the way: Try also Insectonator and Insector: Zombie Mode (only the latter is also here at AoG)from the same creators. Though they are both just gorey time wasters, they are still quite fun :D

I haven't seen the "Decision" series before, but based on this game I can guess that they're done to a high standard.

The graphics, sounds, music and game play are all good. There are options to buy upgrades for your character by collecting gold, which you get for completing the different missions. The gold does seem a bit hard to gather, but there are several secondary goals in each mission that yield extra gold.

See earth's comments which give good coverage of the major features of the game.

The whole thing is slick and well developed. I'd say this was well-above average for this genre of game.

It's got me hooked!

4/5

nice zombie killing game where player is given near impossible task, player kills zombies with either swords or axes or bows (some have bonus against certain enemies) and tries not to get killed, weapons gain xp when used and after level up they do better damage (and it is needed since many zombies can take several hits before dying) and those can be improved with money (bit scarce as usual), char gains xp as usual and levels up but no statpoints given (just health etc go up), plenty of things to do (alot missions, towers etc to be built, helping around, gathering resources (difficult since those are very scarce (mines help but also increase threat which can be reduced with multiple things (and 1 reguires nice amount gold)) etc), main source for money is finishing missions (zombies killed give crappish money) and there are plenty of moneyholes (skills, weaps, helping to reduce zombies threat, etc), reaources (wood) are gotten from mines (bit per day depending mines level) and opening boxes etc but some missions require alot so getting those will take time (and zombie-threat increases), very nice graphics with nice sounds and music.

overall nice zombie killer but difficulty is high and player isn't given resources to make it easier, plenty (too much isn't far) to do so player won't get bored.

decision in a medieval background... not a lot different to the first other than collecting civilians and workers to build and protect towers. towers do their own thing as you kill more enemies.

It actually works but the zombie theme is wearing very thin with me.

2/5
