Genre: Action, Shooter

Spread over ten levels we go back and forth in time with both Lee and Jameson on Haven and the planet below to discover its secrets in this survival horror game. Swarm mode makes a welcome return, with a greater depth of gameplay. This time let’s even the odds, with more weapons and multiple armor combinations the battle is truly on. Please note, the specular lighting option requires a powerful machine. The game runs in low quality by default and is the recommended setting.

Not sure what the others are talking about. Yeah it's a bit dark, just like the 'Alien' movies. Sure it may take you a couple of attempts but the game can be completed. WASD controls are awkward especially when working with mouse control.

I completed the 1st game 'Outpost:Haven'. This version includes the story of Jameson who left you in the 1st game. I also like the new option of gaining XP's with an NPC to help you. That option is indeed tough to complete.

I give this a 4/5

This game has a kind of "Alien" feel to it in the way it is styled.

However, the gameplay itself is not easy and some times confusing. Unless you manage to upgrade your equipment you won't last long.

Could have been better.

what fergus said and also very dark base so hard to see anything outside close range and even there, no indication where to go also accessing to inventory, weapon changing, map etc is mystery (if not even possible outside special msgs).

overall just another shooter in dark where player needs to kill some monsters and find something.

absolute crap game with lots of enemies you have a problem seeing and guns that fire a lot of amo but do not do much damage at all, all in all set for you to fail a lot or never get past some of the levels.

there are lots of guns to choose from but they are all locked until you have the extortionate cash levels or have moved on a lot further than level 2. level 2 is a killer. multi monsters and no place to fire from in safety or at least relative safety.

2/5
